triangle

nature meets love, love meets art. Three beautiful things create a perfect triangle.
Nature inspires all sentiments, shows the most beautiful pictures. Smiles with the sun, the moon and the evening stars. Frowns with clouds, winds and fire.

We are part of the celestial and part of the earth and from both we learn. Observing both we create.

Man learned to build his nest watching the birds built theirs. Different birds build different type nests. Different people live in different type homes.

Every home speaks of the people who live in them from the outside. A well kept yard with flowers, or a little neat garden speak of nice gentle souls who enjoy life and there for others.

A scabby place, unkept with weeds growing among shrubs speaks of people of sinister character or of people who gave up in life.

A person's nest is the mirror of a person's character.

This was an old, decadent Confederate encampment site. Built in 1858 out of sun dried heart of pine. The planks were 4x8 inserted into each other. No nails were used.

This amazing structure withstood hurracains and tornadoes. The reason for it's strength is the love that was put into it during the building process and the following love and care of the different owners who occupied it.

it is now the nest of two elderly people that adapted it to their own life and likings. Two elderly people full of passion for collections, books, arts and nature.

tell me about your nest, how you acquired it, what attracted you to it

I wake in the early mornings and watch the squirrels stuffing their nest with hicory nuts. Then I find myself to resupply the house with non perishable food.

Everything I do in my house there is an animal species somewhere that does the same thing (except cooking and vacuuming that is)

A little raccon was on my back poarch eating catfood. It was so cute. He picked one piece of dried food, washed it in the water bowl and then ate it?

I wandered if some animals are cleaner than some human beings. Curiosity led me to study about raccoons and I learned they don't have saliva glands therefore they have to wet their food to be able to swallow it.

Nature is love that teaches us the art of learning and surviving. Nature inspires knowledge and only through knowledge we grow and create.

Please share your knowledge with me. talk to me about your experiences. It is the only way to learn from each other
